Cileat Waterfall, Tangkuban Crater and Hot Spring (2D1N)
Cileat Waterfall, Tangkuban Mountain Crater and Ciater Hot Spring which is a good packaging of wildlife and relaxing, located in northern side of Bandung with altitude between 650 – 1120 meters (AMSL) and surrounded by mountains that create an atmosphere around the place is cool.
What will you experience with this package. At first you wil see Tangkuban crater that is the most visited trekking place for local and foreign tourists in holidays, an attractive place to visit with nice scenery and local story about it and the waterfall there. Take deep into less frequent visited place there will be Cileat that we have going to explore next. After exploring, we will visit the hot spring place to relax our body that quality of the water is benefit for balneotherapy, physical medicine and recreation.

Day 1: Bandung – Tangkuban Crater – Cileat (L, D)
Pick you up around 08.30-09.00 am at your night spend or meet place, it takes about 1 hours to get to Tangkuban crater, you will see the crater and hear the story behind it, a little more further you will see waterfall that local people believe it was a princess place for shower and after that if allowed, trekking downhill to one of the crater. Late noon, we continue back to the top take a rest and eat our picnic lunch. Finish our lunch and continue our way to cileat, arrive at the village take a rest and talk with local person about you what should do and don’t while there (local ethics), we continue our easy upland fields trekking, while trekking, we will see 3 waterfalls and probably birds and primates and reached the local hut by late afternoon.
Day 2: Cileat – Hot spring – Bandung (B, L)
Early in the morning around 05.00-06.00 am you can hear calling voices of javan gibbon, after breakfast we continue our trekking about 30 minutes to cileat waterfall to see wonderful rainbow before it faded around 08.00-08.30 am and we will see local people harvesting the palm tree water “lahang”. Arrive at the waterfall, relax, swim and take photos, also probably we could see a group of primates. After there we back to the hut to have some lunch and see people that make brown sugar from the palm tree or primates and birds watching. After that we will return to the village where our vehicle waiting, going to the hot spring and return back to Bandung after that.
Age: Suitable for all age with several conditions
Trekking grade: leisurely to moderate (A/B). In the rainy session (September-February) the rainbow could be not show if it already cloudy in the morning, the trail gets muddy and slippery.

Do not give individual gifts of sweets or money to children. Ask before taking photos of people. Help keep the villages clean by not littering. Please purchase handicrafts or local commodity but do not purchase wild animal.
